XpressHR I-9 Plus uses data entry wizards to collect unique employee data required to complete the employee’s new hire forms.  Through our integration with the federal government’s Employment Verification Program (E-Verify), XpressHR I-9 Plus performs automated right to work verifications for employers within seconds.  The XpressHR I-9 Plus process electronically verifies the accuracy of Social Security Numbers, Immigration “A” numbers, I-94 numbers and then provides the employer a DHS-issued reference number, which is attached to the employee’s employment file and stored in DocumentCenterTM.

In addition to compliant I-9 processing and employment verification, XpressHR I-9 Plus can also electronically complete the Federal W-4, all State Withholding forms as well as host of corporate new hire forms required to hire and on-board new employees.
